交叉学科视域下复合型研究生人才培养的中外对比与启示

Abstract：Theimperative toaddresscomplexglobalissues haspositioned interdisciplinarityasacentraldriverforreforming graduateeducation.Employingasystematicliteraturereviewandmulti-casecomparativeanalysis，thisstudyanchorsits investigationinKleinsclasificationframeworktoclarifythetheoreticalunderpinningsofinterdisciplinarityandthenuanced diferencesinitsconotationbetweendomesticandinternationalcontexts.Itexaminesthepracticalcharacteristicsof interdisciplinarygraduateeducationacrossthreedimensions：competencycultivation，knowledgeintegration，andcareer advancement，anddistillsthreecoreimplementationparadigms-curiculumdesign，supervisorygudance，andacademicexchange. Tomitigateprevalentchalenges，includingdisciplinaryculturalclashes，rigidevaluationsystems，andinequitableresource alocation，a"cultureevaluatioesouc"collaborativeoptimzationframeworkisdeveloped，tailoredtothdtinctiittial contexts.Furthermore，aquestionnairesurveyinvolvingrespondentsworldwidewasconductedtocolectempiricalevidencethat validatesthestudysconclusions.Tisresearchprovidesrobusttheoreticalandpracticalinsightsforthereformofinterdisciplinary graduateeducationinChina，facilitatingthecultivationofinterdisciplinaryandinnovativetalentsinhighereducationwhocan tackleglobalcomplexchalenges，andadvancingthehigh-qualitytransformationanddevelopmentofthegraduateeducation system in response to contemporary demands.
