交叉学科视域下复合型研究生人才培养的中外对比与启示

Abstract:Theimperative toaddresscomplexglobalissues haspositioned interdisciplinarityasacentraldriverforreforming graduateeducation.Employingasystematicliteraturereviewandmulti-casecomparativeanalysis,thisstudyanchorsits investigationinKleinsclasificationframeworktoclarifythetheoreticalunderpinningsofinterdisciplinarityandthenuanced diferencesinitsconotationbetweendomesticandinternationalcontexts.Itexaminesthepracticalcharacteristicsof interdisciplinarygraduateeducationacrossthreedimensions:competencycultivation,knowledgeintegration,andcareer advancement,anddistillsthreecoreimplementationparadigms-curiculumdesign,supervisorygudance,andacademicexchange. Tomitigateprevalentchalenges,includingdisciplinaryculturalclashes,rigidevaluationsystems,andinequitableresource alocation,a"cultureevaluatioesouc"collaborativeoptimzationframeworkisdeveloped,tailoredtothdtinctiittial contexts.Furthermore,aquestionnairesurveyinvolvingrespondentsworldwidewasconductedtocolectempiricalevidencethat validatesthestudysconclusions.Tisresearchprovidesrobusttheoreticalandpracticalinsightsforthereformofinterdisciplinary graduateeducationinChina,facilitatingthecultivationofinterdisciplinaryandinnovativetalentsinhighereducationwhocan tackleglobalcomplexchalenges,andadvancingthehigh-qualitytransformationanddevelopmentofthegraduateeducation system in response to contemporary demands.
