人工智能时代统计学本科人才渐进式分类培养策略研究

Abstract:IntheeraofArtficialIntellgence,thedemandforstatisticaltalentshaschanged.Thischangeisbeingfedback toallaspectsoftalentstrainingthroughtheemploymentmarket.Ithasbecomeapracticalnecesitytocultivatestatistical profesionalswhocanmettheneedsofsocietyBasedontherecruitmentinformationofthefreshgraduatejobsearchnetwork, thispaperanalyzesthedemandforundergraduatestatisticstalentsintheeraofArtificialIntellgence,andthenanalyzesthe employentstatusofundergraduatestatisticstalentsbasedontheemploymentdataof272statisticsgraduatesfrom2O17to2020 of UniversityD.Meanwhile,thefinalscoreofthose272 graduatesfromtheacademicmanagementsystemandtheironline leamingbehaviordatafromtheProbability Theorysmartteachingsystemwerecoleted.Throughdescriptivestatisticalanalysis andANOVA,theacademicperformanceof graduatesfromdiferenttypesofemploymentunits,aswellastheirusual performance wasdiscussedAccoringlystatisticaltalentwasclasifiedintofivecategoies:thecategoryofpostgraduatestudytheategoryof takingcivilserviceexam,thecategoryoflargeenterpriseemployment,thecategoryofsmallenterpriseemployment,andthe categoryofremainingunemployed.Combinedwiththecharacteristicsoftheusualperformanceandfialperformanceofthesefive typesoftalents,aswellastheregresionresultsofthemutivariateLogisticmodel,aprogressvecategorzationcultivation strategy for statistical undergraduate talents was proposed.
