人工智能时代统计学本科人才渐进式分类培养策略研究

Abstract：IntheeraofArtficialIntellgence，thedemandforstatisticaltalentshaschanged.Thischangeisbeingfedback toallaspectsoftalentstrainingthroughtheemploymentmarket.Ithasbecomeapracticalnecesitytocultivatestatistical profesionalswhocanmettheneedsofsocietyBasedontherecruitmentinformationofthefreshgraduatejobsearchnetwork， thispaperanalyzesthedemandforundergraduatestatisticstalentsintheeraofArtificialIntellgence，andthenanalyzesthe employentstatusofundergraduatestatisticstalentsbasedontheemploymentdataof272statisticsgraduatesfrom2O17to2020 of UniversityD.Meanwhile，thefinalscoreofthose272 graduatesfromtheacademicmanagementsystemandtheironline leamingbehaviordatafromtheProbability Theorysmartteachingsystemwerecoleted.Throughdescriptivestatisticalanalysis andANOVA，theacademicperformanceof graduatesfromdiferenttypesofemploymentunits，aswellastheirusual performance wasdiscussedAccoringlystatisticaltalentwasclasifiedintofivecategoies：thecategoryofpostgraduatestudytheategoryof takingcivilserviceexam，thecategoryoflargeenterpriseemployment，thecategoryofsmallenterpriseemployment，andthe categoryofremainingunemployed.Combinedwiththecharacteristicsoftheusualperformanceandfialperformanceofthesefive typesoftalents，aswellastheregresionresultsofthemutivariateLogisticmodel，aprogressvecategorzationcultivation strategy for statistical undergraduate talents was proposed.
