Abstract：Plantproductiontechnologyandfieldpractice，ascorecomponentsofpracticalteachinginagriculturalmajors， playacrucialroleincultivatingcompoundtalentswho"understandagriculture，loveruralareas，andcareforfarmers."Through yearsofteachingpractice，thisstudyhasdevelopeda"four-yearcontinuous”progresivepracticalteachingmodel，systematialy cultivatingandenhancingfivecorecompetenciesforstudents：theabilitytoapplytheorytopractice;theabilitytoanalyzeand solveproductionrelatedproblems；innovativethinkingandscientificresearchliteracy；socialadaptabiltyandcarerdevelopent skill；andsubconsciousinovationpotentialdevelopment.Theteachingreformemphasizesstimulatingstudents'initiativand creativitythroughcomprehensiveandprogressvepracticaltrainingenhancingbothprofessonalskillsandinnovativepractical abilities.Theresultsdemonstratedthatthismodelefectivelybridgedthegapbetweenthepracticalabilitiesofagronomystudents andsocietaldemands，providingareplicableimplementationpathwayforoptimizingpracticalteachingsystemsinagricultural universities.
