Abstract:Againstthebackdropoftheglobalnewenergyvehicle industry'shigh-speeddevelopmententeringastrategic opportunityperiod,thisresearchaddresesstructuralbariersinChina’sunderraduatealentcultivationfornewenergyehicle engineering-includingcuriculumsystemslaggingbehindtechnologicaliterations,practicaltrainingdetachedfromindustrial scenarios,insuficientengineeingexpertiseamongfacultyandweakiovationcapacitydevelopment-byconstructinganidusty academiaintegrationreformparadigmdrivenbya"trilogycordination"(educationchain-industrychain-innovationchain). Throughsystematicanalysisoftheinternalandexteraldrivinglogicbehindnationalstrategicdemands,policyorientations,and talentsuply-demandmismatches,thestudycrystalizesadeep-trilogycordinationmechanismcenteredonoptimizingresource allcationthroughtheeducationchain,anchoringdemandorientationviatheindustrychain,andinjectingcuting-edgemomentum fromtheiovationchain.Thisprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalpathwaysforovercomingtalentcultivationbotlenecks and enhancing the quality of talent supply in new energy vehicle engineering programs.
