Abstract：Againstthebackdropoftheglobalnewenergyvehicle industry'shigh-speeddevelopmententeringastrategic opportunityperiod，thisresearchaddresesstructuralbariersinChina’sunderraduatealentcultivationfornewenergyehicle engineering-includingcuriculumsystemslaggingbehindtechnologicaliterations，practicaltrainingdetachedfromindustrial scenarios，insuficientengineeingexpertiseamongfacultyandweakiovationcapacitydevelopment-byconstructinganidusty academiaintegrationreformparadigmdrivenbya"trilogycordination"（educationchain-industrychain-innovationchain）. Throughsystematicanalysisoftheinternalandexteraldrivinglogicbehindnationalstrategicdemands，policyorientations，and talentsuply-demandmismatches，thestudycrystalizesadeep-trilogycordinationmechanismcenteredonoptimizingresource allcationthroughtheeducationchain，anchoringdemandorientationviatheindustrychain，andinjectingcuting-edgemomentum fromtheiovationchain.Thisprovidestheoreticalreferenceandpracticalpathwaysforovercomingtalentcultivationbotlenecks and enhancing the quality of talent supply in new energy vehicle engineering programs.
