Abstract:Inthecontextofthe"DoubleFirst-Class"initiative,theprofesionalEnglishabilityofpostgraduatesdirectly affctstheirintemationalacademicexchangesandscientificresearchinovation.Toovercometheproblemsofinsuffcient applicationabilityithpostgraduateprofessoalEnglishithmaterialsiene,thistudyiovativelycostructsafourne teachingmodelof"asking,speaking,evaluating,andwriting".Englishcommunicationabilityisimprovedthroughin-class seminarsandextracuricularacademicconferenceobservation,andprofesionalEnglishcommunicationabilityisstrengthenedby readingEngishacademicpaperandconductingacademicwritingtraining.Practiceresultsshowthatthismodelsignificantly improvesppicationcapabiliesofacademicEnglishofpostgraduatesandprovidesnewideasforinnovatingprofessonalEnglish teaching for postgraduates in engineering disciplines.
