Abstract：UnderthedevelopmentofDigitalChina，digitalliteracyisanimportantcriterionformeasuringthetalents.The traditionalcultivationmechanismformanagementpostgraduatescannotmeetthedemandfordigitalliteracyofmanagementtalents. Basedonthequestionnairesurvey，thisstudyanalyzesthecurrntproblemsindigitalliteracyofmanagementpostgraduates，and proposesaninnovativecultivationmechanism，includingconstructinginterdisciplinarycuriculummodulars，adoptingdiversified teaching methods，strengthening practical teaching，enhancing skilsof teachers，and improving evaluation system，etc.
