Abstract：InviewofthestrongtheoreticalnatureofPrinciplesofSonar-basedArryDesigncourse，itstheoreticalbasisand contentisrelativelyabstract，thetraditionalteachingmeansoflectureisdficulttoadapttothedevelopmenttrendofthenew era，the eacherandthestudent havelitlein-depthcommunication，teachersandstudentshaveaporteaching experienceand otherisues.Thispaperproposedtointroducetheseminarteaching inPrinciplesof Sonar-basedArrayDesigncourse，onthe basisofasystematicanalysisandsortingoutthecontentofthecourse，todesign3seminartopicsbasedonthesystematic analysisandcombingofthecoursecontent，threeseminartopicsaredesignedtodominatethemaincontentofthecourseand organicallycombinewiththeknowledgeofthepreviouscoursestoanalyzethesonarmatrixpointingdesignfromaunifiedpoint ofview，soastostimulatethestudentstore-examinetheproblemofthesonarmatrixdesignfromamoregeneralandessential pointof view.Theseminarteachingmethodhasachievedgoodresultsintheteaching practiceofsonar matrixdesignprinciple， theclassroom teaching atmosphereissignificantlyactive，andthegoodrateofcourseasessment hasincreasedsignificantly.
