Abstract:Inresponse totheemergingdemandsfortalentculivationinhydraulicengineeringunderthe"SmartWater Conservancy"backgroundofnewraandalignedwithheeducationaldigitaltransformationtrenddrivenby"digital-intelignt empowerment",thistudydoptsthepriciplesofigital-teligentempowerment,vitual-ealintegrationandndividalized teaching.Centeredoncuriculumrestructuring,supportedbyvirtualsimulationexperiments,andaugmentedbyAIteaching assistants,thesudyimstoolisticallnhanetesystematicitypracticalityndinteligenceofpdagogicalframewok.aking twocorecoursesinWaterResourcesandHydropowerEngineering,Enginering HydrologyandWaterResourcesPlanningand Utilization,ascasestudies,thestudyimplementsthefollwingstrategies:First,aknowledgegraphbasedonknowledgefusionis constructedtofaciteintelligentreorganizationanddynamiccoelationofinstructionalelements.Second,avirtualsimulation platformisintroducedtonableiterativetrainingandexplorationinaninteractie,visualizedenvironment.Tirdnteaching assistantisintegratedtoestablishadata-drivenintellgentprocessevaluationsystemandachievepersonalizedlearning recommendationbasedonindividualstudentdiferenesConsequntlyafexibleopen,sientificandigorousintelligentteaching systemisestablishedtocultivatecomprehensivehydraulicengineringprofessionalsequippedwithdata-driventhinking, engineeringacumen,andinnovativecapabilities.Thisframeworkcontributestothesustainedenhancementofhighereducation quality while addressing industry needs in smart water conservancy development.
