Abstract：Underthebackgroundofemergingengineringeducationreform，virtual simulationexperimentshavebecomea vitalaproachforfosteringsudentspacticalompetencsandiovativecaabilitiesiglightingthnesityootiieteir designmodelsandimplementationstrategies.Toadresschalengesintraditionalexperimentalteaching，suchaslowstudent engagementandutooysuettegicalintegatiolackofsteaticsoueeveloent，andincetsoce sharing，thisstudyreviewsexistingresearchmodelsandcontentrelatedtovirtualsimulationexperiments，thisstudyreviews currentesearchmodelsandcontentrelatedtovirtualsimulationexperiments，therebyfaclitatingthedevelopmentofastudentcenteredexperimentaldesignmodelaimedatcuiatingiovativetalentsincivilengineeing.Theefectivenessoftisodelis validatedthroughapracticalcasefromtheNationalVirtual SimulationExperimentalTeachingCenterforCivilEngineeringat BeijingUiversityofTechologyResultsdemonstratesignificantiprovementsinsudentparticipationnrichmentofepiental content，andthedevelopmentofanal-timelearningenvironment.Thesefindingsprovidevaluablereferencesforadvancing experimental teaching reform in higher engineering education.
