产教融合视域下表面工程学课程体系重构与实践研究

Abstract：Duringthecriticalperiodofmanufacturing transformation，thecontradictionbetweentherapid iterationofsurface engineering technologyandtheinsuffcientsupplyofcompositeengineeringtalentshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Industry educatiointegrationservesasasolution，aimingtopromotetheorganicconectionbetwentheeducationchaintalentchain， andindustrialandinnovationchains.Thisisapracticalneedforthesuply-sidestructuralreformofhumanresources.This paper，fromtheperspectiveofindustryeducationintegrationanalyzestheintealdivingforcesbehindtherestructurigofthe SurfaceEnginering‘cousesystem—theexistingknowledgesystemlagsbehindindustrypracticesandexploresthepractical pathsforrestructuringbydynamicalladaptingtoindustryneedsandbuildingathree-dimensionalcollborativemechanismof course-practice-industry.Thepaperalsoanalyzesthepainpointsandphasedachievementsduringtheimplementationpoces. Thestudyaimstoprovideareferencemodelforthereformofengineeringcourses，withthevaluenotonlyinenhancingthe qualtyofengieeingeducationbutalsoinsuplingindustryappopriatetalents，therebysupportingecoomictransfoatioand the cultivation of new growth drivers.
