产教融合视域下表面工程学课程体系重构与实践研究

Abstract:Duringthecriticalperiodofmanufacturing transformation,thecontradictionbetweentherapid iterationofsurface engineering technologyandtheinsuffcientsupplyofcompositeengineeringtalentshasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Industry educatiointegrationservesasasolution,aimingtopromotetheorganicconectionbetwentheeducationchaintalentchain, andindustrialandinnovationchains.Thisisapracticalneedforthesuply-sidestructuralreformofhumanresources.This paper,fromtheperspectiveofindustryeducationintegrationanalyzestheintealdivingforcesbehindtherestructurigofthe SurfaceEnginering‘cousesystem—theexistingknowledgesystemlagsbehindindustrypracticesandexploresthepractical pathsforrestructuringbydynamicalladaptingtoindustryneedsandbuildingathree-dimensionalcollborativemechanismof course-practice-industry.Thepaperalsoanalyzesthepainpointsandphasedachievementsduringtheimplementationpoces. Thestudyaimstoprovideareferencemodelforthereformofengineeringcourses,withthevaluenotonlyinenhancingthe qualtyofengieeingeducationbutalsoinsuplingindustryappopriatetalents,therebysupportingecoomictransfoatioand the cultivation of new growth drivers.
