中医内科学精品课程中的知识体系构建与应用能力培养策略

——建构主义视角下CBL与PBL的整合探索

Abstract：Thispaperdiscussstheconstructionofknowledgesystemandthecultivationofapplicationabilityinthe excelentcourseofTCMInteralMedicine.Aimingatthetheory-clinical’ruptureand‘static-dyamic'fitostacleinthecurent teachingmode，thesynergiticmechanismand integrationmodeofCBLandPBL teaching methodundertheperspectiveof constructivismareproposed.Inadition，weapplytheCBLandPBLsequentialintegrationteachingmethod，exploreand constructafour-stagecognitiveleapsystemof‘questioning-deconstructing-reconstructing-aplying'basedonthefourstage cognitiveevolutionpathofontextualimmersionquestionburstingognitivereconstructionapplicationevolution'，inoderto realizethe transformationofthepathofknowledgeconstructionandsimultaneouscultivationofclinicalcompetence.Thismodel notonlyenhancestheinitiativeandautonomyofstudentsleaming，butalsoplaysanimportantroleinpromotingthein-depth reconstruction of the knowledge system and the comprehensive development of clinical competence.
