中医内科学精品课程中的知识体系构建与应用能力培养策略
——建构主义视角下CBL与PBL的整合探索
Abstract:Thispaperdiscussstheconstructionofknowledgesystemandthecultivationofapplicationabilityinthe excelentcourseofTCMInteralMedicine.Aimingatthetheory-clinical’ruptureand‘static-dyamic'fitostacleinthecurent teachingmode,thesynergiticmechanismand integrationmodeofCBLandPBL teaching methodundertheperspectiveof constructivismareproposed.Inadition,weapplytheCBLandPBLsequentialintegrationteachingmethod,exploreand constructafour-stagecognitiveleapsystemof‘questioning-deconstructing-reconstructing-aplying'basedonthefourstage cognitiveevolutionpathofontextualimmersionquestionburstingognitivereconstructionapplicationevolution',inoderto realizethe transformationofthepathofknowledgeconstructionandsimultaneouscultivationofclinicalcompetence.Thismodel notonlyenhancestheinitiativeandautonomyofstudentsleaming,butalsoplaysanimportantroleinpromotingthein-depth reconstruction of the knowledge system and the comprehensive development of clinical competence.
