Abstract：Inthecontextoftheeraofindustry-educationintegration，withtherapiddevelopmentofsocietyandcontinuous technologicalinovation，thecultivationofinnovationandentrepreneurshipcapabitiesofgraduatestudentsinlocalaplied collgesanduniversitieshasbecomeparticularlyimportant.Thispaperdeeplyexploresthesignificanceofultivatinggraduate students‘iovationandentrepreneurshipcapabiliesfromtheperspetieofindustryeducationintegration，analyzestheut problems，andproposestargetedcultivationpaths.Throughthereformandinnovationofthecuriculumsystem，theestablisent andimprovementofpracticalteachingplatforms，theconstructionandoptimizationoftheteachingstaff，andthecreationofan inovatioandentrepreneurshipculturalatmosphere，theaimistobuildagraduatestudentinovationandentrepreneurship capabilitycultivationsystemthatmeetsthecharactersicsoflcalappliedcollgesanduniversities，providingstrongtalent support for local economic and social development.
