Abstract：Collgestudentsarethemainbodyintheconnotationconstructionofuniversitiesandthedevelopmentof higher education.Cultivatingneeracollegesudentswithexcellentoralqualitesandsolidprofessionalskillsiscucialforbuldinga goodacademicatmosphere.Agodacademicatmosphereisapowerfulspiritualdrivingforcethatmotivatesstudentstopersevere andstriveforsuccssanimportantguaranteeforimprovingthequalityoftalentcultivationincollgesanduniversitiesanda fertilegroundforthefundamentaltaskofmoraleducationtobeimplemented.Theconstructionofagoodacademicatmosphereis asystematicprojectthatrequirestheparticipationofallstaffandtheefortsofallparties.Basedonthephysicalandmental characteristicsofcontemporarycollgestudents，andbasedonmotivationtheorythisstudyexploresthefeasibilityofpromising futureincentivemeasuressuchasscholarships，competitionawards，honorarytitles，postgraduateentranceexams，idealjobs， excelentrolemodels，selfrealization，andsocialidentityinimprovingacademicatmosphere.Thepreliminaryestablishentfa promisingfutureincentivethoryhasbencompleted，providingtailoredteaching，preiseassistance，andimprovingtheualityof educationandteaching，Theimplementationoftheconceptofmoraleducationandtheconstructionofanexcelentlearning environment with apositiveatitude anda goodatmosphere provide useful practical atemptsandresearch materials.
