Abstract：GeneticsExperimentisoneofthecoreexperimentalcoursesforbiologyundergraduatestudentsinnormal universities，playinganindispensableroleincultivatingstudents’corecompetenciesinbiologicalsciences.Theauthorhas thoroughlyexploredtheideologicalandpolicalelementsembeddedintheGeneticsExperimentcourseatboththefoundational knowledgeandpracticaloperationlevels，meticulouslydesignedteachingsegments，andconductedexplorationandpracticein constructinganevaluationsystemforthecourse'sideologicalandpolicalaspects.Thefedbackfromtheevaluationsystemshows thattheintegrationofdeologicalandpoliticalelementsisbeneficialinhelpingstudentsshapecorectvalues，layingafoudation formoraleducation，comprehensiveeducation，andthecultivationof excelent biologyeducationteachersformiddleschool.
