Abstract：Thesynergistic developmentofdisciplineconstructionandpostgraduateeducation inlocalcolegesand universiesisaciticalpathwaytoachievingconnotativeadvancementinhighereducation.Byfocusingonthecollborative interactionbetweendisciplineconstructionandpostgraduateeducation，thisstudydelvesintotheirintrinsicconnectionsand operationalmechanisms，exploreschallengesencountereduringthesynergisticdevelopmentprocess，andproposesoptimization strategiesandimplementationpathways.ThroughapracticalcasestudyofZhongyuanUniversityofTechnology，thefeasiblityand effectivenessofsynergisticdevelopmentbetweendisciplinesandpostgraduateeducationarevalidatedTheresearchindicatesthat localuniversitiesshouldprioritizethedevelopmentofdistinctivedisciplines，strengthenindustry-educationintegrationand mechanisms forresearchtofeedbackintoteaching，andpromotebidirectionalempowermentbetweendisciplineconstructinand postgraduateeducation.Thisapproachfostersavirtuousecosystemof"cultivatingtalentsthroughdisciplinesandstrengthening disciplines through talents，"thereby providing robust support for regional economicandsocial development.
