Abstract：Itisof great significanceforthedevelopmentoftheindependenttrainingsystem tocultivatethetop-notch inovativetalentsinteacherscollgesendowedwithnewqualtyproductity.Bycombingtheconnotationandimplicationofnew qualityproductiveforcesandtop-notchinnovativetalents，thispaperprobesintotheresearchonnewqualityproductiveforces andthecultivationoftalentsinnoraluniversities，itisfoundthatweshouldfocusonthequestionsofwhythenewquality productivityisthecoretotrainthetopinnovativetalents，howtorealizethenewqualityproductiveforcestoendowthetraining systemofthetopinnovativetalents，andhowtopromotethedevelopmentofthenewqualityproductivityBasedontheproblems， thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestions：takingthenewqualityproductiveforcesasthecore，startingfromthedimensionsof curriculumconstruction，currculumstructure，teachingcontent，teachingmode，etc.，enrichthealenttrainingsystemtopromote theimplementationofthegoaloftop-notchinovativetalenttraining，toachieveanewqualityproductiveforces，top-notch innovative talent training two-way interaction.
