Abstract：WiththedeepeningpopularizationofhighereducationinChina，localundergraduatecolegesanduniversities，as themainforceincultivatingapliedtalents，havesentheoptimizationoftheirteachingqualityasurancesystemsbecomea significantisseinthefieldofhighereducation.Therapiddevelopmentofartificialinteligencetechnologyprovidesnew opportunitiesandchallngesfortheinovationofteachingqualityasurancesystems.Thisstudyfocusesontheoptimizationof teachingqualityassurancesystmsinlocalunderaduateuniversisdrvenyartifiialintellgen.houghteoreticalaalsis andpracticalexploration，itproposesoptimizationstrategiesforteachngqualityassrancebasedonatifcialintellgencefromfive dimensions：conceptual transformation，mechanisminnovation，optimizationofindicatorsystems，platformconstruction，and implementationpathways.Theresearchshowsthatbyconstructinganinteligent，dynamic，andpreciseteachingqualityasurance system，localundergraduatecollgesanduniversitiescantranitionfromexperience-driventodata-drivenapproaches，ehance teaching qualityand talent cultivation levels，and beter serve the needsof local economicandsocial development.
