Abstract:Theexplorationanddevelopmentof deepandunconventionaloilandgasresourcesareconfrontedwithextremely complexgeologicalandengineeringenvironments,whichmakesthdemandforhigh-levelpracticalinnovationtalentsincreasingly urgent.ThispapertakespostgraduatesmajoringinPetroleumandNatural GasEngineeringasexample,andexploresthe constructionofa"industryacademia-researchaplicationcolabration”trainingmodelandimplementationpathforthepractical inovationabilityofpostgraduatestudents.Inresponsetothediferentiatedtrainingpositioningofacademic-typeand professional-typepostgraduatestudents,itformstrainingmeasuresfromfouraspets:professionalfoundation,academicresearch, designanddevelopment,andengineeringpractice,whichareintegratedtroughoutthe"industry-academia-researchapplication" process.Withthecolaborativeinnovationmicro-platformprovidedbytheesearchgroup,itpromotespostgraduatestudentsto deeplyengageinpracticalfrontlinesandparticipateintheentireprocessoftheoreticalinnovation,productresearchand development,andapplication.Thepracticeshowsthatthe"industry-academia-research-applicationcollboration"modelhelps postgraduatestudentsbreakthroughdisciplinarybariers,reconstructtheirknowledgeandabilitysystemintheross,ntegration andrecombinationprocessofprofesional/generalknowledgeandpracticalunderstanding,andenhancetheirinnovationcreativity andprofessionalcompetenceincollborativelearningandpractice,providingabeneficialpracticalexampleforthetrainingof postgraduates in this discipline.
