新工科背景下大学生专业水平评价方案探析

——以广西大学电气工程学院为例

Abstract：Underthebackgroundofnewengineeing，theevaluationofundergraduates‘professionallevel isanimportantway ofnewerahighereducationevaluationandtalentselection.Theestablishmentofundergraduatesprofesionallevelevaluation systemisanimportantmeasuretorealizestudents‘self-evaluation，improvestheeffciencyofteachingandmanagement personel，andacilitatenterisestoselecttalentsHoweveratpresntthereisnperableprofesioaleveevaluatio program.Therefore，thispaper buildsascientificandoperableevaluationscheme basedonanalytichierarchyprocessBy establishingacomprehensiveevaluationindexsystem，constructingajudgmentmatrix，weightcalculationandconsistencytest，the quantitativeevaluationmodelofundergraduatesprofessionallevelisconstructedandtheevaluationresultsareobtainedthrough quantitativeandqualitativeanalysis.ThemodelhasbenputintopracticeinSchoolofElectricalEngineeringofGuangxi University，whichprovestherationalityoftheevaluationscheme.Theevaluationresultsprovideefectivesupportforthe improvement of talent training quality and students‘ professional development.
