新工科背景下大学生专业水平评价方案探析

——以广西大学电气工程学院为例

Abstract:Underthebackgroundofnewengineeing,theevaluationofundergraduates‘professionallevel isanimportantway ofnewerahighereducationevaluationandtalentselection.Theestablishmentofundergraduatesprofesionallevelevaluation systemisanimportantmeasuretorealizestudents‘self-evaluation,improvestheeffciencyofteachingandmanagement personel,andacilitatenterisestoselecttalentsHoweveratpresntthereisnperableprofesioaleveevaluatio program.Therefore,thispaper buildsascientificandoperableevaluationscheme basedonanalytichierarchyprocessBy establishingacomprehensiveevaluationindexsystem,constructingajudgmentmatrix,weightcalculationandconsistencytest,the quantitativeevaluationmodelofundergraduatesprofessionallevelisconstructedandtheevaluationresultsareobtainedthrough quantitativeandqualitativeanalysis.ThemodelhasbenputintopracticeinSchoolofElectricalEngineeringofGuangxi University,whichprovestherationalityoftheevaluationscheme.Theevaluationresultsprovideefectivesupportforthe improvement of talent training quality and students‘ professional development.
