新工科背景下产学研结合的微生物学课程教学改革探索

Abstract:UnderthestrongpromotionoftheNewEngineeringmodel,China’sigherengineeringeducationisacceleratingits transformation,andthecultivationofappiedandinnovativetalentshasbecomeakeyfocusofuniversityrefom.Asanipoant andkeybranchinthefieldofbiochemistry,Microbiologycoursesshoulderagreatresponsibilityinmeetingtheneedsofmoder industrialtalents.Theextensiveappicationofmicrobiologicaltechnologyhighlightstheuniquevalueofthediscipline.Thispaper closelyreliesontheteachingpracticeofthebiochemistrymajoratNorthwestUniversity,withtheconceptofOutcome-Based Education(OBE)asanimportantguide.ThestudypreciselyfocusesontheprominentproblemsinMicrobiologycourse,suchas theserious disconnectbetweentheoryandpractice,slowcontentupdates,andobviouslackofinterdisciplinaryintegration. ThroughindustrynivesityresearchcoopeationinnovativestrategiesforcurculumsystemreconstructionareproposedWehave establisheddeepcoperationwithenterprisessuchasXi'anJuziBiotechnologyCo.,Ltd.,introducedenterpriseorientedteaching content,strengthenedtheconstructionofpracticalplatforms,carefullydesignedinterdisciplinarycourses,andconstructed diversifiedevaluationandfeedbackmechanisms,providingpracticaltheoreticalandpracticalreferencesforthecultivationof appliedtalentsinthefieldofbiotechnologyunderthebackgroundofnewengineringdisciplines.Specificaly,intefentation engineerngchapterofthemicrobiologycourse,byorganicallintegratingrealcasesofenterprises,ithelpsstudentsacurately grasp the details and key points of the entire industrial fermentation process.
