Abstract：Intheintroductionsection，theresearchhistoryofblendedlearningathomeandabroadandintroducesrelevant researchtrendsaresummarizedinthepaper.Then，firstly，thedificultiesfacedbytraditionalteachingincultivatingapplied talentsandtheaplicationvalueof blendedlearningareintroducedSecondly，basedontheteachingconceptof"studentasthe mainbodyandteacher-ledandinviewofthedilemmafacedbytraditionalteaching，theteachingideaof"threechangesand oneliter"isputforwardinthepaper，andtakesthisteachingideasasthegudanceandwiththeadvantagesofmixedteaching， theresearchideaisfurtherintroducedinthispaper;finall，guidedby"threechangesandoneliter"andcombinedwiththe researchideas，thepracticalresearchofthe"1236"hybridteachingmodelisintroducdindetailinthepaper，"1"isacore adheringtotheteachingconceptof "studentasthemainbodyandteachers-led"；"2"meansInthewholeteachingprocess，the PTOOteaching strategyisadoptedtosolvetheproblemofstudentslackofoutstandingsubject status;CEPteachingstrategyis adopted to solve the disconnect between theoretical teaching and application; the" 4+5 "assessment method is adopted to solve theproblemofthesingularityoftheassessmentmethodandtheinsuficientinteraldriveofstudentsleaing;andthe"multidimensioalintegratedideologicaladpoliticaleducationstrategisdoptedtoimprovetedeologicalnatureofteulu.
