Abstract：ThisstudyprimarilyaddressestheongoingbotlenecksinChina'sinstrumentationindustrywherethedevelpment ofhigh-endinstrumentsstillfacescriticalchokepoints，andexplorestheideasofcompetencecourseinthefieldofinstruments forpostgraduatestudentsandcultivatinghigh-levelinstrumenttalents.Basedontheteachingpracticeofthecourse"Instrument Industry"atTsinghua Universitythispapersummarizestheteachingmethodsandefectsofhavingthe"entrepreneurteachrs"in clasFirstly，thepaperintroducesthebackgroundofbringingthe"entrepreneurteachers"intotheclassandexpoundsonthe methodofselectingentrepreneursundertheguidanceofthecurrentinstrumentindustryknowledgegraphicandtherelevant requirementsforteachingofcourses.Through teachingevaluationsandthefedback fromlong-termteachingsatifactionsurveys aswellascareerguidancesurveys，theefectivenessandspaceforimprovementoftheteachingmodelandpracticeareanalyzed. Theteachingprocessarangements，teachingcultivationmodels，andteachingevaluationmethodsinvolvedinthisstudyhave certain reference significance for the teaching of postgraduate students in the same category within this field.
