Abstract：Inthecontextofglobalization，bilingualteaching，asanimportantdirectionofhighereducationreform，has becomeakeywaytocultivateinternationaltop-notchtalents.Basedonthemechanicalmanufacturingandautomationmajor jointlyrunbyGuizhouUniversityandtheUniversityofNorthAlabama，thispaperanalyzesthe"painpoints"ofcurentbilingual teachingfromtheperspectiveofthetraininggoalofinternationaltop-notchtalents，andproposesascientificandreasonable reformandinnovationstrategyofMechanicalDrawingAutoCADbilingualteachingbasedontheactualsituationoftheuniversity thecharacteriticsofstudentsandthelevelofteachers，soastopromotethecultivationofintermationaltalentsinGuizhou University and provide reference for the bilingual teaching reform of other universities.
