Abstract:TheMasterTeacherStudioisalearningcommunitycomposedofmasterteachersandlearners.Thetheoryof leamingcommunitiesemphasizespracticalitycolaborationamongdiversesubjects,andresourcesharing,whichcoincideswiththe characteristicsofvcationaleducationnamelyitsvocationalnaturepenessandpracticalityThepaperbasednhethoryof leamingcommunities,theMasterTeacherStudioinvocationaleducationshouldestablishdiversesubjects,clarifysharedvisions andgoals,engageininteractivelearningandresourcesharing,explorethe"ATP"leaming processandplayademonstrativeand leading role in continuously enhancing comprehensive capabilities.
