Abstract：TheMasterTeacherStudioisalearningcommunitycomposedofmasterteachersandlearners.Thetheoryof leamingcommunitiesemphasizespracticalitycolaborationamongdiversesubjects，andresourcesharing，whichcoincideswiththe characteristicsofvcationaleducationnamelyitsvocationalnaturepenessandpracticalityThepaperbasednhethoryof leamingcommunities，theMasterTeacherStudioinvocationaleducationshouldestablishdiversesubjects，clarifysharedvisions andgoals，engageininteractivelearningandresourcesharing，explorethe"ATP"leaming processandplayademonstrativeand leading role in continuously enhancing comprehensive capabilities.
