Abstract：Thisresearchhasadoptedthe cultivationmechanismof transportation graduatestudentsatCentralSouth University.Tosolvetheproblemsofimbalancedcultivationofexplorationandpracticalabilitis，insuffcientabilitytosolve complexengineeingproblems，andlagingcultivationofiovativecompositetalentsexistedintetrainingprocessththoyof "industryeducationintegrationandinnovation"jointtrainingmodehasbeeninovativelyresearched.Thequalityofgraduate cultivationisimprovedbyconstructingadeepintegrationandcollaborationmechanismof"sience"，"industry"，"educatio"，the realandvitualpracticeplatfom，andthereconstructionofthecapacityorentedcuriculumsystem.Ithasbeenprovedthatthe abilityoftransportationgraduatestudentstosolvecomplexengineeringproblemshassignificantlyimproved，andmultiple achievementsjointlydevelopedbyscholsandenterpriseshavebenindustrializedandaplied，formingareplicable"Central South University experience".
