Abstract：Collgeemploymentserviceshaveencounterednewopportunities，providing preciseemploymentguidanceand scientificfoundationsforcollgestudents，especiallythosefromeconomicallydisadvantagedbackgrounds.Basedonstudentsfrom economicallyimpoverishedfamilybackgroundsandleveragingtheanalysisofthegroupportraitofeconomicalldisadvantaged students，a"onecore，doublehelixmultiimensional"preciseemploymentasistancemodelforsudentsinfiancialdificultyis established，imingtoachevepreiseandintellgentmatcingofjbositionswitsudentpreferences.Emphasizingplot supportforstudentsfromeconomicallydisadvantagedfamilies，thispaperexploresthepracticalapplicationoftheprecise employentasistancemodel，andisdedicatedtopromotingthedevelopmentofdiversifiedtalenttrainingmodels，providing comprehensiveandhigh-qualityasistancemeasures，andhelpingstudentsfromeconomicallydisadvantagedfamiliesachievemore fulfilling and higher-quality employment.
