Abstract：Improvingthequalityofcoursesisanimportantleverfortheconstructionofapowerfuleducationcoutry.Inthe lightofissueswithsocialpracticecourses，suchasinsuficientunderstandingandemphasisonpracticalteaching，singlepractical teachingmode，rigidteachingmethods，loweficiencyoftheroleofpracticalbasesandresourceutilization，andinadequate qualitystandardsandasessmentevaluationof practicalteaching，thispaperconsructsafirst-classcourseteachingsystemfor socialpracticebasedontheOBEteachingphilosophy.Thissystemintegratesideologicalvalueguidance，scientficresearch training，anddisciplinecompeitionpractice.Itoptimizestheorganizationanddesignofcourseteaching.Byintegratingnational policiesandstrategicpointsintothecousethroughinterdisciplinaryappoaches，itcutivatesstudents‘nationalsentimetand enhancestheirculturalconfidence.Withthetheoreticalknowledgesystemframeworkofsocialpracticecourses，scientificresearch trainingasthecenter，anddisciplinecompetitionprojectsasthedrivingaxis，itrealizesmulti-dimensionalintegrationand inovativconstructionoftop-tiersocialpracticecourses.Thisstudyprovidesexperientialreferenceforthepathselectionof quality improvement in courses and the innovativereformand construction of first-class social practice courses.
