Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialintellgence,thereisanurgentneedtoreformtheteachingmodelofinterdisciplinaryprogramsthatintegratemanagementandenginering.Inresponsetothecurentchallengesfacedbysuchcourses intermsofteachingcontent,resourcealocation,andtalentcultivation,thisstudyanalyzesthetrendsandcharacteristicsofAenablededucationbothinChinaandabroadItclarifiestheintegrationmechanismsofAIinfourkeydimensions:studentlearning,teacerinstruction,teachingresources,andinstructionalassessment.Onthisbasis,ageneralframeworkforA-empowered teachingreformisproposed,alongwithfourimplementationpathways:personalizedinstructionalsupprt,facultydevelopment, knowledgeinteractionplatfomconstructionandintellgntassessmntandfedbackmechanisms.Specificallthestudydesigsa smartpersonalizedteachingsystem,afacultyteamintegratingAIcompetencewithideological-politicalliteracyaknowledgeinteractionplatformlinkingAIwithprofessionalcuiculaandacomprehensieAbasedinstructionalevaluationsystem.hseii tiativesaim topromotehigh-qualitydevelopmentintheteachingof interdisciplinarymanagement-engineeringprograms.
