Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopmentofartificialintellgence，thereisanurgentneedtoreformtheteachingmodelofinterdisciplinaryprogramsthatintegratemanagementandenginering.Inresponsetothecurentchallengesfacedbysuchcourses intermsofteachingcontent，resourcealocation，andtalentcultivation，thisstudyanalyzesthetrendsandcharacteristicsofAenablededucationbothinChinaandabroadItclarifiestheintegrationmechanismsofAIinfourkeydimensions：studentlearning，teacerinstruction，teachingresources，andinstructionalassessment.Onthisbasis，ageneralframeworkforA-empowered teachingreformisproposed，alongwithfourimplementationpathways：personalizedinstructionalsupprt，facultydevelopment， knowledgeinteractionplatfomconstructionandintellgntassessmntandfedbackmechanisms.Specificallthestudydesigsa smartpersonalizedteachingsystem，afacultyteamintegratingAIcompetencewithideological-politicalliteracyaknowledgeinteractionplatformlinkingAIwithprofessionalcuiculaandacomprehensieAbasedinstructionalevaluationsystem.hseii tiativesaim topromotehigh-qualitydevelopmentintheteachingof interdisciplinarymanagement-engineeringprograms.
