Abstract：General Secretary XiJinping emphasizes thatsummarizingandelaborating onthe theoryofChinese style modernizationisamajortheoreticalinovationofthe2OthNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaandthelatest majorachievementofscientificsocialism.Sincethe18thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChina，thePartyCentral CommittehasmadeamajordecisiontobuildastrongeducationcountryclarfyingthateducationisthekeyleverfortheParty andthecountry.Wemustacceleratethemodernizationlevelofeducationdevelopment，promotetheprosperityanddevelopment ofChina'seducationindustry，andcultivateyoungpeopleinthenewera.Asakeystepintheeducationofyoung talents， graduateeducationneedsmoreatentionfromallwalksoflife.Weshouldfocusonthinking，takerootinpractice，cultivate graduatestudentswiththecharacterisicsofthenewera，andmaketimelystrategicadjustmentstothenewproblemsingraduate educationinthenewera，doagoodjobinthecoordinateddevelopmentofeducationandChinesepathtomodermization，and improve China's educational strength and ability.
