Abstract：TheBio-Pharmaceutical Schol-EnterpriseJointR&DLaboratoryofHengyang NormalUniversityhasconstructed anintegratedtalentcultivationmodelof"4321Industry-Education-Research-Culture"integration，whichiscenteredon"four supportingsystems，threeinternalcontrolmechanisms，twoundergraduatestudentteams，andoneclosed-looptraining."This modelaimstopromotethedpintegrationoftheeducationalchain，innovationchain，talentchainndindustrialchaiandto cultivate inovative，appliedandcompositetalents.Sinceitsimplementation，themodelhasachievedremarkableresults.Students havemadesignificantachievementsinleadingnationalinovationandentrepreneurshipprojects，publishingpapers，obtaining authorizedinventionpatents，developingandpromotingproducts，participatingininnovationandentrepreneurshipcompetions， pursuingpostgraduatestudies，andemployment.Themodel has beenselectedasoneofthe"Top Ten Talent Cultivation Demonstration Cases"inHunanProvince，providingreplicableexperienceforhigh-qualitytalentcultivationinlocaluniversities.
