基于标准化营养指导的孕期体重管理护理方案效果研究

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the efect of standardized nutritional guidance in weight management during pregnancy. Methods: A total of 500 pregnant women who received prenatal health care services in the obstetric clinicof the First People’s Hospital of Baiyin,Gansu Province from July 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objectsand randomly divided into theexperimental group and thecontrol group,with250cases in each group.The experimental group received standardized nutrition education and personalized diet recommendations, while the control group continued to receive routine prenatal care services.Pregnancy weight gain, pregnancy weight clasification,dietaryhabitsand nutritional intake werecompared between the two groups.The standardized nutritional guidanceusedinthe studywerebased onthe mostrecent nutritional guidelines for pregnancy.Results:The mean weight gain during pregnancy was 11.2kg±2.3kg in the experimental group and 13.5kg±3.1kg in the control group. The proportion of overweight or obese pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference ( (P<0.05) . Conclusion: Standardized nutritional guidance can efectively help pregnant womencontrol their weight during pregnancy,reduce the risk of excessive weight gain,and reduce theincidenceof relatedcomplications.
