补肾健脾活血汤联合达格列净标准化治疗糖尿病肾病的 疗效分析

Abstract： Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： A total of 100 diabetic nephropathy patients admitted to Dingxi Hospital，Afiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from May 2023 to May 2024 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group Was treated with dapagliflozin，and the observation group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with dapagliflozin standardized treatment，and the clinical eficacyof the two groups was observed.Results： After treatment， the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） The blood glucose level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Theimprovement of renal function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized treatment of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Decoction combined with dapagliflozin in diabetic nephropathy patients has definite curative efect，which can significantly improve the TCM syndromeof patients，reduce blood sugar，alleviate renal damage and promote the early recovery of the disease.
