标准化管理模式对提高医院生化检验质量的效果研究

Abstract： Objective： To study the effect of standardized management mode on improving the quality of hospital biochemical tests.Methods：A total of 294 patientsadmitted to Zhengzhou TCMHospital fromDecember2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomlydivided into thecontrol group and the observation group，with147cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional management mode，and the observation group implemented standardized management mode.The results of biochemical tests，the quality of test management，theoccurrence of adverse events and the satisfaction scores of patients with the test work were compared between the two groups. Results：The biochemical test results of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05） The scores of inspection management quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） . The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P<0.05） The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The applicationof standardized management mode inthe process of biochemical tests of patients can improve the quality and results of biochemical tests in hospitals，reduce the occurrence of adverse events，and improve the satisfaction score of patients onhospital laboratory work，which is of great significance forclinical tests of patients.
