Abstract：Taking the food safety inspection and testing institutions in Binzhou city，Shandong provinceasresearch objects，this paper makes investigation and research of their development status，analyzes the primary issues pertaining to capacity building，and proposes specificcountermeasures.Itis expected to ofer theoretical insights for advancing the establishmentofthe foodinspectionand testing system inBinzhou，fostering the high-qualitydevelopmentof food safety inspection and testing industry in Binzhou， and ensuring food safety in the city.
