Abstract：Objective： To explore the efect of one-stop standardized emergency nursing intervention onpatients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods： A total of 80 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted to the Affliated HospitalofGansu MedicalCollgefromJanuary2023toDecember2023wereselectedanddivided into the control group （January 2023-June 2023）and the study group （July 2023-December 2023）， with 40 cases ineach group. The control group implemented routine emergency nursing intervention， and the study group implemented one-stop standardized emergency nursing intervention.The first aid success rate，emergency response time， treatment time， transfer time，first aid cost，and complicationrate were compared.Results： Thefrstaid success rateofthe study group was higher than thatofthecontrolgroup，theemergencyresponse time，treatment ime，transporttime andfrstaid cost of the study group were lower than those of the control group，and the complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） . Conclusion： One-stop standardized emergency nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can improve the successrate of emergency care，shorten the emergency time and cost，and reduce complications.
