Abstract： Objective： To study the efect of standardized nursing scheme ofsedation and analgesia in intensive care unit （ICU）.Methods：150 patients in needof sedationand analgesia treatmentadmited tothe8Oth Group Army Hospital of the PLA from February 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group，with 75cases ineach group.The control group receivedbasic nursing intervention，and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention of sedationand analgesia.The nursing intervention effect of the two groups were compared. Results： After nursing intervention，the disease indexes of the observation group were bettr than those of the control group （P<0.05） ）.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion： In the clinical intervention of sedation and analgesia for patients in ICU，standardized nursing management can accelerate the recovery of patients，shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay， and reduce the occurrence of complications， showing high clinical application and promotion value.
