Abstract:This paper optimizes the extraction process of blueberryanthocyanins,determines the anthocyanin content in different varietiesof blueberries from the Linshu region.By using the optimal process to extract and detect 12 blueberry samples fromtheLinshuregion,it finds through cluster analysis thatthe12 blueberrysamples could be divided into 5categories based on diferences inanthocyanin content,in which the Duke blueberry sample from Lanrun Family Farm has the highest total anthocyanin content.
