Abstract：Objective：Toinvestigate theefectofrosuvastatinstandardizedtreatmentofcoronaryheartdisease.Methods： A total of 84 patients with coronary heartdisease admited to theFirst People's Hospital ofLixian County，from May 2020 to May 2023 wererandomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment，and the experimental group received rosuvastatin treatment.The effcacy，cardiac functionandtreatment safetyofthe two groups werecompared.Results：The interventioneectiverate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， P<0.05 .After treatment， the evaluation indexes of cardiac function in the experimental group were better than those in the control group （P<0.05） .The incidence of adverse reactions was similar between the two groups （P>0.05） .Conclusion：Rosuvastatin can better improve the cardiac function of patients，which is an effective and safe treatment mode worthy of promotion.
