中西医结合标准化治疗慢性肾病的效果分析

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the methodand effectofstandardized treatmentof integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.Methods：84 patients with chronic kidney disease treated in theFirstPeople'sHospitalofLixian County，from May2020 toMay2023 wererandomlydivided into he control group and the experimental group， with 42 cases in each group.The control group received the treatment of conventional Western medicine，and the experimental group received standardized treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The therapeutic efect，renal function，renal injury indexes and the occurenceof adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results： The efective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group， P<0.05 ；After treatment，urea nitrogen，serumcreatinine，24h urinaryprotein and RBP inthe experimental group were lower than those in the control group，and KIM-1 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， P<0.05 ；The adverse reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：The standardized treatment ofchronic kidney diseasewith integrated traditional Chineseand western medicinehas remarkable efect，whichcanrealize theregulationof patients kidney function，and is conducive to the rapid recovery of patients.

0 引言

慢性肾病属于以肾功能逐渐下降为特征的常见慢性疾病，病因复杂，临床中还容易合并糖尿病、高血压等全身性疾病，早期症状较为隐匿，病情发展缓慢，但当疾病发展到终末期时，患者往往面临长期透析或肾移植的需求，严重影响生活质量。（剩余3392字）
