病案库房管理流程标准化与质量控制研究

Abstract：This paper deeplyanalyzes the basic situation，curent management processand existing problems of medical record warehouse management，and puts forward the design principles and specific procedures of standardization of medicalrecord warehouse management processIt establishes special recycling，sorting，archiving，borrowing and copying posts，and implements strict signing，registration，inspection and maintenance systems to effectively improve the effciencyandqualityof medicalrecord management.Atthe same time，itdiscusses thequalitycontrol measuresof medical record warehouse management，including strengthening medicalrecord writing training，regular spotchecking， establishing and improving rules and regulations，and strengthening environmental management，so as to build a scientific，reasonable， efcient and operable medical record warehouse management system.
