脸板腺按摩联合中药雾化薰眼标准化治疗干眼症的疗效研究

Abstract： Objective：To investigate the effect of meibomian gland massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigation standardized treatment for dry eye disease.Methods： 68 patients with dry eye disease admitted totheFirstPeople's HospitalofLixian County from May 2020 to May2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy，and the experimental group was treated with meibomian gland masage and traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigation standardized treatment.The effect and Schirmer testresults and BUT value of the two groups were compared. Results： The efective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group， P<0.05 .After treatment， Schirmer test resultsand BUT value of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group， with significant data differences， P<0.05 .Conclusion： The standardized treatment of meibomian gland massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine atomization fumigation fordryeye disease hassignificant effect，whichcaneffectivelyregulate the eyefunction ofpatients and is worth promoting.
