Abstract： Objective： To analyze the effect of standardized emergency nursing intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods： Patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected as the research objects and grouped according to the treatment time.Patients admited earlier received routine emergency nursing （control group， 40 cases），and those admitted later received standardized emergency nursing （observation group，40 cases）.The cardiac function，first aid time，adverse event rate and patient satisfaction in both groups wereevaluated.Results：The rate of good cardiac function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （P<0.05） ；theECG examination time，emergency treatmentime and triage assssment time inthe observation group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05） ; the adverse event rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （20号 （P<0.05） ; the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （ （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized emergency nursing mode has aremarkable effect on patients with acute myocardial infarction， which can shorten the frst aid time，improve cardiac function，reduce adverse reactions and improve the qualityof nursing.
