利咽口腔操联合阶梯式摄食训练在ICU获得性吞咽障碍患者中的应用研究

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the efect of throat-soothing oral exercises combined with stepped feeding training on acquired dysphagia in ICU.Methods: A total of 80 ICU patients with acquired dysphagia admited to Nanchong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2024 to October 2024 were divided into the control group and the study group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with throat-soothing oral exercises combined with stepped feeding training on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results: On the second day after the intervention,the scores ofFunctional Oral Intake Scale (FOIS)and Specific Swalowing QualityofLife Scale (SWALQOL)in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Thecomplication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion: The application of throat-soothing oral exercises combined with stepped feding training inthe treatment of ICU patients with acquired dysphagia canachieve beter curative effect.
