微波消解一电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定氨水中7种金属杂质元素方法及优化

Abstract: In this paper,an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method was developed for the rapid determinationof sevenmetal elements,including sodium,magnesium,potasium,calcium,iron,coper,and lead,inammonia water.Sample preparationinvolved treatment withconcentratednitricacid,follwed bymicrowave digestionunder optimized conditions.Scandium(45), Germanium(72),and Rhenium (185)were employed as internal standards to mitigate matrix interference.The concentrations of these seven metal impurity elements were quantified byICP-MS in heliumcollsion mode (KED).Under theoptimized experimentalconditions,thecorrelationcoeficients of the calibration curves were all above 0.999, with detection limits ranging from 0.009μg/g to 0.06μg/g .The average recoveryrates forthe two samplesranged from 97.0% to 104.0% ,andtherelative standard deviationsof the measurements were between 0.773% and 1.990% (n=7 ).This method was characterized by its simplicity,accuracy,and precision insample preparation,making itsuitableforthedeterminationofsodium,magnesium,potassium,calcium, iron, copper,and lead in ammonia water.
