内蒙古自治区企业首席质量官制度标准化建设研究

Abstract： The chief quality officer （CQO）system holds great signifcance for enhancing the quality management level of enterprises and promoting high-quality development.Taking Inner Mongolia autonomous region as an example，this article proposes a framework and implementation path for standardizing the construction of the CQO system based on the theoretical foundationand practical situationof the current standardizationconstruction of the CQO system.It provides strong support for promoting the in-depth implementation ofthe CQO system in Inner Mongoliaautonomous region and the high-quality development of the regional economy.
