Abstract: This article analyzes of the standardization status of prepared dishes in China,compares 1OO enterprise standards for prepared dishesoffish that have been self-declaredand filed,points outthe existing problems and gives suggestions,soas toprovidereferences forpromoting thestandards managementoffoodenterprises inChina,andthe high-quality development of prepared dish industry.
