Abstract： This article analyzes of the standardization status of prepared dishes in China，compares 1OO enterprise standards for prepared dishesoffish that have been self-declaredand filed，points outthe existing problems and gives suggestions，soas toprovidereferences forpromoting thestandards managementoffoodenterprises inChina，andthe high-quality development of prepared dish industry.
