高校辅导员就业创业标准化指导体系构建策略

Abstract：Based onthe 14th Five-Year Plan for Employment Promotion，this paper focuses onpolicy transmission， hierarchical currculumdesign，intelligent information management anddynamic evaluation fedback mechanism，and builds a standardized guidance system for employment and entrepreneurship of collge counselors.By standardizing the policy interpretationpath，the stepped ability training module and the precise post matching system，it forms the whole-processquality assurance model， which effectively solves the occupational cognitive bias and the mismatch between market supply and demand，and provides areplicable practice paradigm for thecollaborative development of higher education and human resources.
