Abstract：Objective：To explore theclinical effectof amlodipine combined with perindopril inthe standardized treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods： A total of 94 patients with coronary heartdiseasecombinedwithhypertension treated inLiangzhou HospitalofWuwei CityfromJuly2O23toJuly2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group， with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine alone，while the study group was treated with perindopril simultaneously.The clinical efficacy was compared.Results： The efective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05） . The systolic blood pressure， diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of the study group were decreased after treatment，and the reduction degree of the study group was greater than that of the control group （P<0.05） .Therewas no difference in the rate of adverse drug reaction between the study group and the control group （P>0.05） .Conclusion： The standardized treatment ofamlodipine combined with perindoprilin patients with coronaryheart disease combined with hypertension can not only ensure the curative effect，but also increase no adverse reactions， which is worthyof popularization and application.
