Abstract： Objective：To analyze the application value ofstandardized immunoassay of tumor markers in the diagnosis of tumor diseases. Methods： A retrospective analysis was performed on 86 patients with tumor disease who were admitedto Zhengzhou TCMHospital from June2023 to June2024.Theywere selectedas theobservation group，and 80 patients with normal physical examination indexes were selectedas the control group.Standardized immunoassayof tumor markers and routine immunoassayof tumor markers were performed inallpatients.With the pathological biopsy results as the“golden criterion”，the valueofimmunoassayof tumor markersunder diferent methods was compared. Results： In the diagnosis of tumor diseases，the specificity，accuracyand sensitivity of standardized immunoassay of tumor markers were significantly higher than that of routine immunoassay of tumor markers （P<0.05） ，whichhad godconsistency with pathological examination.Conclusion： Standardized immunoassyof tumor markers has high application value in the diagnosis of tumor diseases.
