食品检验中微生物标准化检测技术探讨
Abstract:This study focuses on the field of food inspection,aiming to explore the application of standardized microbiological detection technology.This paper expounds the importance of microbiological detection of food and emphasizes itskeyrole in controlling therisk of microbiological contamination and protecting public health in every link of food production.Itintroduces thestandardized microbiological detection process,including samplecolection and processing following the principle of random sampling, detection method selection and verification according to food characteristics,and quality control and standardized results reporting throughout the process.Through the application analysis of many standardized detection technologies,such as immuno-magnetic bead method and hyperspectral image technology,the results show thatthe relevant technology has the advantages of strong specificity, fast speed and high sensitivity in the microbiological detection.Theresearch shows that microbiological detection technology is the keyto food safety detection system,and the existing detection technologyshouldbe continuously optimized to build a more scientific and rigorous detection mode to ensure the food safety of the public.
